Our client is a Dutch Infrastructure and Renewables Investment Fund with a growing portfolio of onshore based wind projects. They have a requirement for Project Development and Technical Investment skills.
Location: Holland or Germany
Our client is in the process of raising a second fund with a target size of €500M which will be entirely dedicated to investments in onshore wind developments predominantly in France, Germany and the Benelux region.
As a result they have a need to enhance their Asset Management / Technical Investment capabilities are looking to hire someone with a strong combination of technical and also financial skills. The role will be similar to an owners engineer position and will require experience of;
- Due diligence and analysis of proposed investments - Strong financial analysis skills and an understanding of project financing - Strong understanding of wind farm design and construction - Project management expertise - Management of subcontractors and EPC partners.
The role will focus on acquisitions and developments in France and Germany predominantly and the position will be based in either Amsterdam or Frankfurt although for the right candidate a Paris base would also be considered.
