Summary Offshore Engineer required for Wind Farm Developer with extensive offshore projects across Europe.

Our client requires an Offshore Engineer with expertise in offshore foundation design for offshore wind farms or alternatively oil & gas platforms for a number of large scale offshore wind farm projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess Foundation concepts for deep and shallow water offshore wind farms. - To review conceptual foundation design reports.
- Review geophysical and geotechnical site investigation requirements and assist in site selection.
- Be responsible for Offshore GIS function.
- Manage subcontractors, including site investigation, structural, marine and offshore engineering consultants during the consultancy and development stages.
Ideal applicants should have a Graduate or Masters degree in Offshore Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant work experence in offshore developments in either offshore wind or oil & gas. You will be familiar with Health and Safety regulations and work to promote a positive culture of compliance towards HSE.
A very strong and demonstrable track record of design and construction of offshore foundations, excellent GIS software skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable presenting to senior management.
