Summary International FTSE 250 Power Generation & Energy developer requires very strong financial modeller for their fast growing Renewables business

Our client is one of the leading Power Generation and infrastructure companies globally, they already have significant existing operations in Europe with 11,000MW of assets established across the region, split between thermal and alternative energy sources.
Currently they are actively building a portfolio of wind based assets across Europe with 300MW already installed alongside the 1000MW of wind capacity in the US. Working closely with the Corporate Business Development group you will be analysing potential established investment and Greenfield wind opportunities providing due diligence, analysis and financial modelling. Typically investing from their own balance sheet and independently of financial partners but working often with strategic regional partners.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Analyst with very strong financial modelling and analysis skills to enter directly into the Renewable energy industry, ideally you will already have had exposure to the Renewables sector or alternatively to other areas of infrastructure within a corporate finance or advisory environment. Sector experience is not a prerequisite, strong corporate finance skills, financial analysis and modelling and a strong desire to enter into this sector and make a real difference are key requirements.
