Role : Business Development Manager Salary : £60/£70K + bonus
Summary: The Client Manager will be responsible for sourcing a portfolio of emissions reduction projects generated from diverse sectors across Northern Europe (e.g., landfill, biomass, cement, renewable energy sector, etc.).

The objective of the role is to develop a plan to identify and contact high quality emission reduction projects across Northern Europe. You will work with the existing teams to identify new business opportunities for various sectors in a fast pace carbon market. You will need to be able to understand client’s organizational structure and develop relationships with key decision makers.
You should have relevant experience of business development, ideally within one of the following sectors: energy, oil and gas, biogas, agriculture, energy efficiency, cement, municipal solid waste, and/or other greenhouse gas emissions reduction sectors. This position will be highly entrepreneurial and independent, requiring large amounts of discipline and ability to work with little supervision. Working knowledge of climate change, especially carbon markets and emissions reduction projects. German or Nordic language skills essential.
